Effect of dual tasking on a dynamic balance task in children with and without DCD

The purpose of this study was to compare performance children with Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) and typically developing (TD) in a dual task paradigm dynamic balance on the Wii Fit as primary concurrent cognitive (counting) or bimanual fine motor secondary tasks. Using cross-sectional design, 25 DCD 38 TD were assessed Movement Assessment Battery for Children, 2nd edition (MABC-2) Divided Attention (DA) KiTAP.
